What educational areas would you like private tutoring help for your student?

My child is in middle or high school, but I am looking for an academic tutor and success coach to partner with him/her to be MORE SUCCESSFUL in school.

We offer four or six private in-person or Zoom sessions for SAT Prep or College Application tutoring. Are you interested in learning how GLLS can help your student with the SAT prep or college applications?

Is your child on an IEP or 504 Plan? If so, please indicate which educational plan your child is on.

Does your child receive SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES at school? If so, what areas are supported on the School's Service Delivery Grid?

Will you plan to share the IEP with Mrs. Graybill and your tutor?

According to many top researchers, exercise stimulates plasticity in the brain to help create new connections. Mrs. Graybill uses an exercise bike, trampoline, and other games to help students maintain attention and access both sides of the brain during sessions. Will your child be able to use this equipment?

Some tutors have furry pooch helpers. Please confirm that you are aware that a therapy dog may be available for in-person sessions.

Graybill Literacy and Learning Studio is a private educational learning space. Private tutoring fees must be paid weekly. Cancellations must be made 10 hours before the service; otherwise, you will be billed for the session. Please confirm you are aware of the Cancellation Policy.

Studio Information and Requirements

Driving: Drive safely and slowly to the local library or tutor's home office. Please familiarize yourself with the directions.
Parking: Please park at the Owl signs near the basketball court. Please do not block the driveway.
Cancellation Policy: We require 10 hours notice of any cancellation of your appointment. If you cannot provide 10 hours notice, the tutoring fee will apply. Please email text or call with any cancellations as soon as possible so we can use that time to help another student.
Payment: Payment is due weekly and can be made via check (please make it payable to the Literacy and Learning Studio) or via venmo @Courtnie-Graybill
